The Most Interesting Man in the World Invades Facebook
I love the Dos Equis ad campaign featuring “The Most Interesting Man in the World,” also known as journeyman television actor Jonathan Goldsmith.
The ads are very much modeled after Chuck Norris facts, featuring absurd statements of the man’s grandeur, such as “people hang on his every word … even the prepositions,” and “he lives vicariously … through himself”
It would appear that the campaign has crossed over from TV to become a hit on Facebook as well, as the Dos Equis page, which is devoted to The Most Interesting Man, has more than 160,000 fans, many of whom create their own tributes to the character.
